Monitor the work performed by subcontractors related to electrical and instrumentation equipment including repair, replacement, disassembling, assembling, installing, and testing. Read, interpret and direct others with regard to electrical and instrumentation plans, specifications, blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Supervise the inspection of equipment installation work performed by contractors and other personnel for workmanship and compliance. Estimate labor and material for electrical installations and repairs; lay out work on the project site; prepare reports of time and material expended. Maintain an inventory of parts, materials, and supplies used in the electrical instrumentation shop and in performing everyday tasks. Oversee and participate in the documentation and record all programming, testing, and updates performed. Evaluate and maintain records of contractors and internal team attendance. Assure effective cost and manpower controls through a formal and continuing supervision while execution. Review and provide input and suggestions on new system requirements, installations, and maintenance of manufacturing plant equipments and facilities.

Develops plans and procedures, schedule, specialized duties, resources and related requirements as per the maintenance plan to ensure efficiency of plant equipment and facilities. Creating and monitoring Maintenance Budget and ensuring allocations on track. Implementation of Company Rules and Regulations and Work Safety effectively. Responsible for machine and equipment certifications and ensuring submission of codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to design and construction including HSE and environmental compliance. Coordinates to arrange plant access and issuing permits on either repairs on-site, replacement of unit or removes and returns to central workshop for repair and testing. Consults and coordination with different departments to identify and prioritize activities. Attending key meetings, discussions and company representations. Participation in IMS Audit and ISO Audit. Provide monthly reports on budget, maintenance plan implementation and assets reliability. Responsible for overall plant and facilities maintenance supervision, maintenance deliverables and maintenance planning. Ensure that assets are in compliance with concerned regulations, quality and safety requirements. Assessment, Inspection Installation, Repair, Test, Calibration, Troubleshooting, Commissioning and Maintenance of all test and instrumentation equipment, control elements and various systems using precision instruments or hand tools. Ensure that maintenance plan is in place: spare parts; policy/ conformity & regulatory control/ preventive & predictive maintenance.

Provide Servicing, Commissioning, Maintenance (preventive and corrective), Calibration and Repair of process field instruments for control of pressure, flow, level and temperature on Oil and Gas and other industrial processing plants. Provide Specialized Servicing (Commissioning, Installation, Calibration Retrofits and Repair) of ROTORK Motorized Actuators and Field System; (Pakscan Bus Control System, DCS and Foundation Fieldbus integration) on offshore and onshore Oil and Gas and other industrial processing plant. Provide Specialized Servicing (Repair and Calibration) of LEWA pumps (dosing pumps and metering pumps). Ensure implementation and compliance of the Safety Management Plan and Environment standards. Carry‎ out‎ maintenance ‎work ‎and‎ troubleshooting on ‎instrument ‎devices ‎&‎ control ‎systems ‎in‎ area of responsibility or as directed by superior. Carry out checks and adjustments on instrumentation equipment whenever necessary or as directed by superior in compliance with local and international safety standards. Inspect, fine adjustment, calibration of instrument devices in orderly fashion and identify & report any abnormalities. Repair and / or replace items required and re-assemble and test the equipment, leaving the working area clean. Attend all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision within the time constraint given to reduce production downtime. Ensure that all preventive maintenance works are carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements. Initiate response or replacement of worn out or failed components / parts in a safe manner. Monitor repeated breakdowns and take proper action to resolve the problems using CMMS. Simulation/Loop Checking and calibration of different field instruments with HART and Smart Field Communication (SFC) protocol using advanced equipment and gadgets including Hart communicator, Smart Field Communicator (SFC), BEAMEX calibrator and AMETEK multi-function calibrator. Installation, configure and calibration of different process instruments such as Pressure Gauges, Level/Pressure/Flow Transmitters, pH flow meter, Thermometers, Pneumatic Positioners, I/P transducers, Pneumatic Actuator and Regulating valve. Installation, repair and configure Honeywell Controllers (UDC 3000/5000/3500). Carried out assembling, repairing and calibrating different types of Thermocouples (K, J, S types) and RTDs (PT100). Responsible for the maintenance, calibration, installation and repair of Weighing Scales and Weigh Bridges.
