Reporting to the CEO, I lead ADM’s capital investment strategy, planning, and sustainability functions. I oversee the Project Portfolio Management Office, capital investment strategy, and airport planning and development, ensuring disciplined portfolio governance and optimal allocation of resources. My role also includes driving ADM’s sustainability and environmental management programs, aligning long-term infrastructure development with organizational priorities, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the CEO, I oversee strategic infrastructure planning and project portfolio governance ensuring the optimal use of ADM’s land and infrastructure assets, balancing sustainability, regulatory requirements, and performance.

Reporting to the Vice-Principal Administration (Facilities Management and Ancillary Services), roles and responsibilities were to: - Led strategic and capital planning for FMAS, optimizing the University’s multi-year investment plan and aligning it with institutional priorities. - Managed cross-functional teams and implemented an integrated planning framework across departments to coordinate goals, budgets, and resources. - Led special projects, including an asbestos management framework and a comprehensive procurement process for portfolio-wide asbestos characterization.

In charge of capital project planning for the Physical Infrastructure portfolio of the university: - Led capital planning for the University’s Physical Infrastructure portfolio, managing ~$100M in annual projects and developing a $1.5B, 10-year investment plan. - Coordinated sub-portfolios (MEP, building envelope, utilities, etc.) and aligned priorities with financial, project management, and operational stakeholders. - Oversaw strategic planning activities including funding plans, government reporting, grant applications, and facility condition assessments.

- Led Utilities & Energy Management team, overseeing operations of central utility systems including steam, power, water, drainage, and 3 km of service tunnels. - Managed $20M in annual energy procurement and recoveries, and directed McGill’s $5M/year Energy Management Plan under its Climate Action strategy. - Oversaw utility monitoring across a 500-meter network via an Energy Management Information System (EMIS).

- Acted as Senior Director of Facilities Operations, leading a 300+ employee group and chairing the FMAS Operations Direction Committee. - Oversaw key initiatives including the asbestos task force and the development of operational programs aligned with PMI standards.

- Led McGill’s Energy Management Plan, including stakeholder engagement, utility coordination, and on-campus client energy monitoring. - Developed performance tracking for energy savings, emissions reductions, and loan repayment tied to conservation incentives. - Reported on GHG emissions, secured funding through incentive programs, and supported sustainability and water resource initiatives.

Founding member and administrator (from 2016 to 2020) of the Montréal chapter of Sustainable Labs Canada, a professional association for the advancement of sustainability in the design and operation of laboratories.

- Managed energy conservation projects and budgets, secured utility incentives, and advised on energy efficiency in building upgrades. - Contributed to GHG reporting, sustainable design guidelines, and represented the organization on energy and climate committees.

- Conducted research on sustainable building design, energy performance modelling, and optimization strategies, contributing to academic publications and technical reports. - Assisted in teaching undergraduate courses, including preparing course materials, mentoring students, and supporting lab or project-based learning.
