Job responsibilities: • Developed strategic sourcing strategies and managed indirect procurement processes and validated over 70 purchase requisitions weekly within the SAP Ariba system, ensuring compliance with defined criteria and thresholds ranging from 0 to 100k USD. • Initiated and led more than 10 Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes each week, tailoring sourcing strategies to meet client requirements and negotiating with vendors to stay within budget constraints. • Collaborated effectively with the Accounts Payable team, addressing and resolving 20+ weekly invoice reconciliation issues and Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) matters. • Drove process efficiency by self-learning VBA programming language, automating reporting tasks related to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, resulting in an impressive 90% reduction in processing time. • Mentored colleagues during job rotations, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance their skills and performance, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Establish a comprehensive pricing structure to formulate customer-centric pricing plans, providing strategic guidance to the sales team. • Conduct a diverse range of sales, profit, and pricing analyses to bolster support for critical business initiatives.

• Improved operational efficiency by performing operational support for clients, such as opening account, update shipment status, and answering FAQs. • Scheduled customer payment to the supplier by exchange currency from RM to RMB, and prepared China bank slip and PO invoice document to the customer. • Followed up and guided the customer in the import process, recommended the best route based on customer requirement with product information given, and quoted a price to the customer.

• Collaborated with the team in daily operations such as receiving products, inspected each delivery with the checklist, pack wrap materials and products manually. • Organised the boxes and labeled them with a bar-coded tag that includes the item number, quantity, and unit of measure with entering data into the UBS system. • Answered phone calls and sent an email to different suppliers or customers to update the delivery status.

• Assisted customers with purchases and handle merchandising, restocking shelves, and record quantity of stock into Excel file. • Provided parents course explanations and arranged class timetables for new students and teachers. • Advertised the education business on Facebook page and answer the Q&A.

Since September 2018, I have been enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) program in Logistics Management at UCSI University. In my fourth semester, which commenced in September 2019, I was selected to serve as a member of the Logistics Student Association (LSA) club and appointed as the head of the creative team. Additionally, I was the proud recipient of the UCSI Trust Scholarship.

Since April 2016, I have been pursuing a diploma in Business Management at Berjaya University & College, during which time I achieved exceptional academic performance and was awarded a scholarship that I successfully maintained until the completion of my studies in April 2018.
