* As Consultant & Head of Practice my role involves co-ordinating activities across the Industry Practice Group whilst securing and executing retained executive level recruitment assignments spanning a range of disciplines. * Sectors within the Industry Practice Group include: * Automotive * Aerospace & Defence * Chemical * Construction * Engineering * Food & Drink/fmcg * Industrial Services * Manufacturing * My responsibilities also span the Talent practice within the business and I am experienced in the design and deployment of a range of individual and team-based assessment and development interventions. These activities are often underpinned by the administration and interpretation of a broad range of psychometrics.

Responsibilities as Recruitment Account Manager included recruitment to senior management level into the following head office functions within the Food Division: Marketing, Trading, Store Planning, Customer Services and HR. Specific duties included job analysis, design of advertising campaigns, response handling, interviewing and administering psychometric tests.

As Executive Assistant & Group Services Officer I had a wide range of responsibilities including working alongside John Caudwell, Group MD on a day-to-day basis resolving a variety of business issues. I also provided support to the HR department including carrying out an extensive Employee Climate Survey and managing the company's graduate recruitment intake.
