At the age of 16 I started my career as a passionate entrepreneur. The road has been filled with ups and downs and I appreciate every single moment that led to where I am today. Since 2007, I am the proud founder of Hero and growing this business (45 to 65% YoY) is my life goal. Maintaining this pace of growth, whilst keeping a strong focus on company culture, quality, service and personal development, is what drives me every single day. I can be best described as a positive and energetic leader, who has a strong focus on improvement and demands the same for his surroundings. This mindset is applicable to both my professional and personal development. Simultaneously I am driven by having fun in everything I do, whilst always looking to optimize processes and strive to maximum efficiency levels. On top of that, I have a strong sense for personal relations and networking. Outside of business hours, I enjoy spending my time traveling, doing sports (predominantly squash and padel) and enjoying good food with family and friends.

Growth is a crucial element of our DNA, which is reflected in the growth of our team as well. Currently we are rapidly scaling our staff of 35 colleagues, which are all based in beautiful Wognum (North of Amsterdam).
