I am passionate about building software to discover safe and effective therapies for patients with neurodegeneration. Here’s a link to my PBS interview, discussing dementia: https://to.pbs.org/3j3ZlA4 At Alleo Labs, my research focuses on understanding the principles behind complex brain diseases and guiding therapeutic programs through preclinical and clinical stages, while embracing the challenges of being a drug hunter. At the NIH, I developed data mining and machine learning software to analyze DNA that regulates brain development. It was an exciting opportunity to decode a "regulatory language" in our DNA and gain insights into basic neuroscience and stem cell biology.
