I am an experienced and certified HR professional, passionate about driving strategic HR initiatives and aligning people goals with business imperatives. I hold a PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, Journalism from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. I also have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which enables me to apply data-driven and analytical approaches to HR processes and outcomes. Currently, I work as HR Manager at Oracle, where I play a role of Senior HR Business Partner to support different business units and divisions to provide HR inputs and solutions in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, performance evaluation, employee relations, and grievances etc. Previously, I worked as an Associate Talent Shared Services at EY, where I collaborated with the People Data Reporting and Analytics team to produce and manage HR reports and KPIs using SAP SuccessFactors and People Insights. In my earlier roles, I also gained experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement activities. My goal is to help the organization become a high-performing and inclusive workplace, by leveraging my HR expertise, skills, and values.
