As Vice President and co-owner of Backus Concrete, Any Concrete Cutting and American Dirt, I help lead a team of 60+employees who take pride in doing the toughest jobs the right way - safety, efficiently and with total accountability. Together with my husband, John Backus, We have built Northwest Arkansas' only fully integrated concrete and site-prep company, providing industrial , commercial and municipal clients with a single source for excavation , all concrete services and coring and cutting. Our success is rooted in consistency, clean execution and a commitment to people. I oversee operations, team culture and client experience across our family of companies, ensuring that every job - from excavation to final finish- reflects our core values: Safety. Teamwork.
