DER is a volunteer-led professional organization that provides quality fundraising education to the San Francisco Bay Area professionals in an inclusive and supportive environment.

As Senior Technical Manager of GoLearn.gov Learning Management System, and then eventually as Senior Account Manager of OPM Federal Contracts, I managed all vendor and federal technical and account management teams while providing strategic direction to federal team members managing numerous large-scale technical integration projects and training development programs, reporting to the Director of OPM Contracting. Provided core strategy for improved utilization of existing federal technical resources, resulting in significant tax dollar savings totaling in the millions. Created and supported vendor events to promote additional understanding and knowledge in the executive federal agencies of vendor-sourced options to promote education and human capital management choices within and across agencies.

Managed and monitored customer response and sales data, comparing year-to-date against projections and pipelines, providing real-time reporting to sales and marketing teams. Responsible for maintaining the CRM and sales data systems. Directed and managed strategic customer-facing initiatives for BASF’s Vegetation Management marketing team. Planned, executed, marketed and managed internal resources and vendors to execute product launches, product events, customer, partner and promotional events. I was responsible for location scouting, budget management and venue organization including but not limited to catering and entertainment. My biggest event was coordinating, managing and marketing BASF’s participation at the US Open in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
