• Solely own Talent Acquisition process for the entire business from sourcing to contract. • Strategic partnering with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. • Manage & maintain the Applicant Tracking System. • Partner with PR Agencies to promote the business’ EVP to ensure candidate attraction. • Achieving an average 8-week fill-rate target for vacancies. • Maintaining a 90% retention rate on new hires. • Foster a positive and impactful candidate experience / hiring manager experience. • Liaison for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) changes with Headquarters. • Develop & maintain HR Dashboard via PowerBI to measure & track key indicators. • Initiate automation via Power Automate within HR processes to improve efficiency. • Measure and analyse candidate experience to bring improvements to the Talent Acquisition process where required.

• Recruitment for Junior Associates and Associates. • Maintain and improve the Total rewards package of the business. • Company admin for SAP SuccessFactors towards Leave Management & Employee Central. • Support L&D function with trainings and development plans. • Attended to any grievances from the employees when required. • Responsible to onboard newcomers. • Own Exit Management process and ensure leavers undergo a smooth exit. • Contact person for the Medical Insurance with regards to any grievances from employees. • Service/Product negotiation and contract management of vendors. • Liaise with vendors to ensure continued services.
