The Cy Alexander radio show is a live talk show with A&T head mens basketball coach Cy Alexander which airs every Tuesday at 12pm. During the live broadcast, I served as the audio engineer. My job included screening incoming callers to ensure quality programming and controling audio levels of the host along with guests. In post production, I edit the show and produced promos.

A North Carolina A&T TV studio production where we talk about topics in sports. During the pre-recorded shows, I served as the audio engineer. I assisted with microphone and XLR cable placement along with controling the audio levels of the talent. In the segment of the show called Aggie Nation, I produced stands-ups and assisted with running the teleprompter. On various occasions, it was my job to control the TV studio camera.

The NABJ Multimedia Short Course at North Carolina A&T State University is a four-day intensive journalism workshop which provides hands-on experience and practical guidance of what it takes to be successful multimedia journalists.During the workshop, I served as the assignment editor. It was my job to help news crews pitch stories. I assisted with managing news crews in the field, producing the run down in pre-production and posting news stories online.

As an A&T Register reporter, it was my job to attend editorial meetings, sporting events and press conferences. During press conferences, I conducted Interviews with players and coaches. I also produced content that was published in the newspaper and online. My duties also included extensive research, finding team stats and historical information.

At the internship program at WVOX 1460AM, I received valuable experience covering breaking news. I also conducted interviews in the field using a mic and recording device. Using Adobe Audition 3.0, I recorded movie and food reviews. On the Cynthia Lobo show, my opinions on various educational and social topics we heard live on air.
