* Work with athletes and general population client to achieve goals * Roles: * Coaching a single client or up to 10 clients in one session * Coaching clients through SMR, activation and mobility * Coaching clients through their programs * Educating clients on exercise and strength training * Organising equipment prior to any gym sessions

* Worked with U13 Country and Metro boys & U14 Metro boys * Roles: * o Monitor player wellness and training load * o Provide feedback to coaches on player wellness and training load * o Physical preparation (warm-ups/cool-downs) * o Implementation of recovery strategies to aid in athlete recovery * o Player anthropometric, fitness and skill assessment.

* Roles: * o Injury prevention * o Communicating with other trainers and coaching staff to ensure player wellbeing. * o Taping – taping ankles, knees, shoulders and fingers. * o Massage (before and during games/training) * o Injury management – RICE protocols, stretches, exercises and referring players to physiotherapists
