MSN Broadband Technical Support. Provide technical support for MSN DSL customers. Work with different phone providers and hardware configurations. Assist with install and configuration of MSN software. Open and track problems within the MSN network.

Maintain servers and network. Upkeep of network computers. Set up of T-1, phone, and electrical lines for clients. Also assist with building maintenance and upkeep when needed.

Microsoft Presales Licensing/Sales Information. Provide product information and licensing information for Microsoft products. Explain differences between various licensing options. Give accurate information about where, and how, to buy software and licensing. Discuss and recommend licensing options for Microsoft software.

*  Assist students and employees with various computer and phone related problems. *  Create tickets to track and escalate persistent issues. *  Track, document, and reproduce issues to work with Operations and Engineering for resolution. *  Setup and maintain employee equipment locally and at remote locations. *  Work with other team members to update employee computer images. *  Assist with equipment setup and repair.

*  Develop testing strategies for use with a range of client and employee facing applications. *  Create a test plan and map from user stories. *  Create context based test cases and scenarios. *  Identify the necessary tools and methods required for various application testing. *  Engage employee users for UAT sessions and feedback. *  Represent client interests during design, development, and testing stages. *  Utilize Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies based on what is best for the project. *  Employ context based testing practices to ensure well rounded and appropriate testing.
