We thought this was... less than ideal. So, I'm building what we all desperately need: a translator between our bodies and our brains. I'm trying to make sense of the noise. We take all that complex health data - from your wearables, labs, and more - and turn it into simple, actionable, and actually personalized advice. Think of us as the ridiculously smart, data-driven friend who tells you what to do so you can stop guessing. Our mission is to make health less of a chore and more of a conversation. We're a team of doctors, data nerds, and recovering "I'll-start-Monday" people, and we're building the future of proactive wellness.
