Started working at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as a Security Officer. I patrolled the hotel floors and casino floor providing chip fills at the table games. Provided escorts to and from the casino bank, VIP escorts and bike patrol. Moved on to dispatch which entailed making break schedules, monitoring CCTV cameras, answering phone calls and dispatching officers to several types of calls within the resort. Was then promoted to security investigator which consisted of report writing, CCTV review of incidents and interviews of resort staff and guests when needed for a variety of incidents including theft, fights and destruction of property.

Mostly a security dispatcher with occasional days patrolling the hospital grounds and patient floors. Dispatching entailed monitoring CCTV cameras, answering phones and dispatching officers for a variety of calls. Trained new dispatchers and officers who had never worked hospital security before.

Drove a transfer truck and delivered sand, gravel and other aggregate to customers throughout southern California. Maintained a driver log to ensure my hours on the road were accurate.

Supervised several employees and made sure everything was opened on time. Made schedules and completed time cards. Conducted interviews and issued disciplinary action when necessary. Did walk throughs of the games areas to make sure everything was stocked and presentable to the guests in the park.

Provide guest service to all park goers. Provided change for arcade games and made sure my area was clean and presentable. Made sure the money I was issued at the beginning of shift was was even at the end of shift. Called "Race Games". Kept games stocked with tickets and prizes.

Conducted shift briefings before every shift and assisted officers with any issues they had and proof read their reports.
