About
迄今,個人從事土木工程(高速公路、快速道路、高科技廠房、大型體育場館、大型傳統廠房、大型發電廠)、建築工程、台灣&中國大陸高速鐵路-土建標工程、軌道標工程&核心、機電標工程和鋼構工程之各項興建工程已有35年多的工作經驗。其中許多家之外商公司主管皆為日本人或歐、美、亞之外籍人士,且個人也早從2010年開始迄今已連續好幾年的時間皆在海外工作。曾經遠赴中國大陸擔任高速鐵路外方監理助理總監之職務&印度之大型軋鋼廠房擔任工地主任(土建工程)、印尼之大型發電廠擔任施工部專案經理之職務,接觸之人士大多為日本人或歐、美、亞之外籍人士,每天皆須以英語溝通,故英語溝通能力對我而言並不成問題。個人具有多種勞工安全衛生作業主管證照,勞工安全衛生觀念非常良好。個人於施工過程中除了要求施工進度及品質之外,更需達成「零事故、零災害」的目標。之前,個人擔任過輔導公司通過ISO認證之工作及品管/品保工程師之職務,個人對於各項ISO品管/品保工作,標準作業流程(SOP)頗具心得。且由於之前參與的這些重大公共工程&高科技廠房興建工程,所有進度要求皆異常緊湊。 個人對於各式各樣吊裝及施工機具的能量檢討與規劃、施工動線的安排,工程技術、介面協調與工地預算之編列及預定進度之擬定、施工規劃、施工之進度、環、安、衛之控管及施工品質之管制、統籌現場施工執行及監督…等,皆有非常廣泛的知識與深刻的體悟及經驗。個人深信於任職後,定能在工作上貢獻出一己之力,並期望能在工作中不斷的學習與持續的進步。 個人也是一個隨和、容易相處且非常盡責的人。做人非常樂觀且積極進取,重視團隊工作及紀律性。個人非常喜歡在一個有前景及發展潛力的地方工作,相信必定能取得更好的成就與更上一層樓。個人若有機會進入這個大團隊、大家庭服務,將不勝感激,且必定全力以赴,以期達到公司與個人雙贏的局面,為共創美好的未來而打拼。 So far, personal engaged in Civil Engineering (Superhighway, Highway, Large High-Tech Plant, Large Traditional Plant, Large Stadium, Large Power Plant) 、Architecture, Steel Structure and Taiwan & China High Speed Railway Project (civil engineering, track engineering, core, mechanical and electrical engineering) construction project over 35 years work experience. I know all the key-points for construction process and problems very well. Prior I served as an ISO certification and quality control/assurance engineers ’duties; personal has solid work experience for ISO quality control/assurance and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
