* Lead a team of 5 and drive them to deliver exceptional results. * Supervised junior staff, understanding and utilising their expertise to the company’s advantage, within the back of house. * Monitor stock levels by receiving and checking supplies within each stockroom. * Plan, arrange and structure stockroom layout to a chronological order, creating a decipherable layout to utilise its true potential. * Contact and liaise with internal staff and build strong relationships to facilitate each other to bring outstanding results for the company.

* Motivate, manage and train a team of 3 to develop their skills. * Work with Team Leaders to discuss present and future structure, layout and space within stockroom by utilising all the space. * Manage all stock process and functions within the store. * Updating, filing and recording paper. * Produce reports and analyse staff performances to a high standard as well as back of house maintenance.

* Manage Selfridges’ admin inbox using Outlook. * Data entry using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * Liaise with both internal and external partners within host store, and strengthen the relationship in each department. * General admin duties, which includes HR and payroll documentations. * Work with Epos, tills, and stock computer systems. * Conduct stock checks to maintain company stock file accuracy. * Providing luxury customer service behind the cash desk, and on the shop floor, at peak hours.

* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and prospects. * Supervising Salesforce converting prospects to clients. * Liaising with 40 tour guides and Eastsong to increase revenue. * Networking with new business opportunities and endorsements. * Manage operational duties with stocks and transfers. * Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
