I'm a part of a team of 7 people who are the front lines of technical support for Canada, North America, Latin America and parts of South America. We answer phone calls with questions regarding software, hardware, x-ray equipment, other manufacturers equipment, cleaning, maintenance on these machines numbering over 22 product line x-ray equipment and being able to support over 15 dental imaging software packages in any number of configurations involving PC, Linux, and Mac environments.
