As an Assurance Partner with over two decades of experience, I specialize in delivering high-impact auditing, accounting, and consulting services to both private and public companies. My career spans a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, media & entertainment, distribution, and oil & gas. I have partnered with clients from innovative start-ups to global enterprises with revenues exceeding $20 billion, providing guidance on technical accounting issues such as business combinations, revenue recognition, equity and debt transactions, stock compensation, discontinued operations, and asset impairments. I am a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society, where I previously served on the Board of Directors. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County, reflecting my commitment to community leadership and youth development.
