Provide remote technical support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. Acquire in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial inverters, as well as batteries, to deliver tailored and precise solutions to clients. Conduct battery module balancing, performance assessments, and necessary repairs within the warehouse. Conduct an on-site inspection to diagnose and resolve battery error issues, and provide the client with effective recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for system improvement. Work closely with the R&D team to ensure new features align with customer requirements.

Participate in the daily work related to electrical test and testing, master test principles and standards, and have the ability to write reports. Participate in electrical engineering debugging projects, master basic debugging methods and system architecture. Responsible for the daily maintenance of relevant test instruments and equipment. Complete the filing and sorting of various materials and reports.
