Corporate responsibility for the overall supply chain and operations, including procurement, logistics, demand planning, S&OP, customer service, data management, operations and IT. Led supply chain integration to complete transaction involving Innocor to create the largest polyurethane company in the world.

Global responsibility for continuous improvement at locations in Germany, India, Thailand, Mexico, US, China and Singapore. Led six sigma, lean and manufacturing best practices. Also responsible for the global manufacturing technology team located in Europe and Asia.

Developed and implemented the systems and processes to establish a supply chain organization covering all Buy, Make, Use and Deliver decisions. Sun Capital consultant. Implemented methodology to connect demand planning with production as well as a SKU level approach to steel imports from Asia. Created a broad view of steel management from imports to production. Identified over $1MM in savings opportunities.

Corporate responsibility for supply chain, logistics, customer service, call center and data management. Managed a broad and complex supply chain covering retail, direct to consumer and foam OEM for one of the largest polyurethane producers in the US. Major customers included Costco, Amazon, Kohls, SSB, Ashley, etc. Developed a highly effective direct to consumer capability to provide products with targeted deliveries in <2 days. Implemented processes that resulted in savings of >$10MM, lowered inventories by >10%, increased forecast accuracy from <50% to >80% and improved the overall order to delivery process. Eliminated slow moving inventory by >50%. Created fully capable capacity models for all facilities and implemented standardized S&OP processes where none have previously existed. Implemented management of change processes, ERP, MRP, identified critical KPIs and drove overall standardization across the business operations functions. Led supply chain function for the successful sale of Innocor from Sun Capital to Bain Capital

Responsible for all Buy, Make, Use and Deliver items. Trained in BSCM and CSCP. Led a complicated supply chain for a $250MM+ business with substantial growth in markets including automotive, consumer electronics and specialty polymer applications. Supply chain included multiple operations in the US, Europe and Asia. Oversight of capital projects >$10MM. Major customers included Apple as well as all major automotive producers.

Global technology leader for the R&D and technical services organizations in the DuPont Fluoropolymers Solutions (FPS) business. The organization consists of over 100 technology professionals situated in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Oversight for an R&D budget in excess of $20MM. Project leader for the global implementation of a new surfactant system (GenX) at all of our polymerization facilities. More than 10,000 products and over 1,000 customers were successfully converted a year ahead of the deadline. Impacted >$500MM in revenue. Complete responsibility for all aspects of the Supply Chain (buy, make, use and deliver) for the new product.

Led the global manufacturing technology and quality organizations for the DuPont Fluoropolymer Solutions business. Held responsibilities for the site technology and quality teams (~250 team members consisting of engineers, chemists and quality professionals) for 14 production facilities located in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Extensive experience with manufacturing and quality tools including Lean, Six Sigma, DOEs, Toyota Production System, etc. Successfully integrated the Fluoropolymers and DCSE manufacturing technology and quality organizations within DuPont. Led initiatives that delivered record production (>$50MM in value), fundamental improvement in quality (>40% reduction in quality complaints), variable cost improvement (>$20MM) and increases in technical skills and capability on a global basis.

Led development of strategic plans for R&D development focused on process improvement. Identified key strategies for business development across all regions. Proposed and gained full support for organization changes in the technology organization to allow for alignment with business strategies.

Led the R&D team for DuPont Fluorointermediates. Developed commercial options for over two dozen new products in ~1 year. Achieved new product revenue goals of >$5MM.

Led the technology organization supporting the manufacturing of key fluoromonomers, including HFPO and Vinyl Ethers. Oversaw all aspects of the engineering team. Defined capacity release options that successfully avoided >$20MM in capital expenditures and at the same time removed a critical bottleneck in the supply chain allowing for full end use product optimization (>$100MM in value).

Led development of strategic growth plans and initiatives. Delivered >$10MM in growth programs and dramatically expanded the innovation roadmap.

Led the semi-works, laboratories and manufacturing technical groups for the Fluorochemicals operations at DuPont Chambers Works. Developed and commercialized six new products (>$10MM in revenue) and received a DuPont Engineering Excellence award.
