* Supervise the 24/7 Call Center Personnel, Gathering System Operators and Fluids Management Team. * Create and maintain relationships with 3rd party gas gathering companies key in making sure that system upsets and pressures are consistent to maintain production rates. * Work internally with Gas Scheduling and Marketing on upsets in the system to deliver marketed gas to the tailgate or helping to make decisions for intraday trading changes. Gas Sheltering during planned or unplanned plant outages. * Developing processes and building a team from the ground up for managing all trucked fluids. * Working with procurement on contracts and Maintaining these processes around all fluids being truck whether it is oil/condensate or produced water. Scheduling and prioritizing fluids as well as gas is a big part of the process.

* Mentor MSO's in work duties including well optimization, also assist Production Supervisor with day to day operations. * Review invoices, manage roustabout crews, work as a liaison between I&E, In House Compression and Operations Center.

* Supervise crews building new facilities, while being involved on various continuous improvement teams (Tank fit team, Standards team, New pipeline meter connects team, and Pipe in ditch safety committee). * Plan facility builds based on rig move off date to insure the least amount of down time to get new wells producing as quick as possible. * Onsite meetings with state and federal agencies to discuss facilities placement and reclamation.

Supervising crews building new facilities, first delivering new wells and working with Gas Scheduling group out of Houston on marketing new gas to the system. Produce newly delivered wells anywhere from 30-120 days to stabilize production and submit all appropriate paper work surrounding the new production, as well as drawing site diagrams. Responsible for performing and analyzing fluid level shots with echo meters, optimizing gas production on first delivered wells including plunger lift optimization, communicating all well information to Area Production staff and mentoring MSO's when needed.

* Routinely check Oil and Gas wells, Managing fluids, Gas Volumes daily and Regulatory paperwork monthly. Operating a company vehicle safely day in and day out. Also, operating in a safe and environmentally prudent manner. * Plunger Lift installation and optimization, Pumping Unit maintenance, Compressor optimization as well as SWD operations.
