Short term 5 week assignment to produce statutory accounts for the groups companies using IRIS

Management and cost accounting including the completion of the year end accounts for the previous financial year. Creation of a cost analysis report to enable timely and accurate variance analysis of actual inputs compared to expected.

Interim contract via Oak Accountancy & Business Services Limited. Work carried out in a team to reconcile the balance sheet transactions from various source companies being up-loaded to the NU Oracle accounting system

Short term contract as a member of the Group consolidation team based in Ipswich.

Requested to return to carry out additional work for the group when the contract with Wyndeham Group completed.

* Contract carried out via Oak Accountancy & Business Services Limited Production of monthly management accounts including analysis and review * Reconciling balance sheet control accounts * Production of KPI reports * Trained the new Management Accountant and the new Assistant Accountant in their respective roles * Involvement in a number of ad-hoc projects.

* Contract carried out via Oak Accountancy & Business Services Limited. * Work carried out to move accounts from UK&I SAP to SAP Copernic for AXA PPP. * Reconciling the data migrated to ensure complete and accurate, creating and posting any adjustment journals.

* Bi-Monthly management accounts including group allocations, Contract valuations, management and board reporting * Fiscal year-end (September) statutory accounts preparation * Budget re-forecasting every two months * Complete annual budgeting for the coming fiscal year

Produce year end accounts from incomplete records. Manage on-going management accounting and reporting. Work on the move to LLP status. Manage the year end audit and SARs audit.

* Providing interim solutions in accounting and related services. * Experience in a number of different sectors with work carried out in: * Financial services: * Manufacturing * Construction * Retail * Telecoms * Legal * Other service industries.

* Maternity cover in the Finance department at the Felixstowe office. * Role includes: * Month end reporting. * KPI measurement and analysis against budget. * Budgets and forecasting. * Year end reporting and tax pack.

* Preparation of accounts in statutory format * Review of potential back book acquisitions, providing reports and analysis for use in the decision process * Reconcile monthly the back book acquisitions currently in process, providing an in-depth analysis of the plans completed for the month preparing the payment schedule and agreeing this with the selling party * Review of product unit cost for staff within each department. Provide graphs and analysis where appropriate for use by the senior management/directors * Carry out special projects including work on cash flow reporting, review of prospective supplier accounts, FCA work, capital expenditure analysis and up-dating white papers and procedures.
