As a Zenergy Health Managment Consultant, I contract to various companies as an Occupational Health professional.

As one of the original innovators of the concept for implementing P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol & Risk-related Trauma in Youth) trauma prevention program for new defence recruits, I developed, implemented, and funded a pilot to demonstrate concept strength in 2012, moving to protocol development, funding, and research team establishment for the 2 RCTs (randomised-controlled trials) to explore the efficacy of this program as a trauma prevention initiative in the defence. I remain in the investigator group with researchers and clinicians from Monash University, The Alfred hospital, and Defence (Naval - HMAS Cerberus, and Joint Health Command, Canberra). The program of work is nearing completion with publications being prepared for submission.

Working with our corporate partners in Queensland, I had the privilege of managing the requirements of strategic relationships towards optimum outcomes for both key corporates and The Smith Family. Exploring opportunities for shared value, staff engagement, social impact, and volunteering, this role journeyed with the corporate social responsibility teams and individuals within supporter companies to best highlight the partnerships and impact a change for families disadvantaged by poverty and circumstance in communities around Australia.

Part time in this volunteer role, I support the Hope Prahran Coordinator and report to the St Matt's Wardens/Vicar for the purposes of fundraising for the Hope Prahran Community Care Program. This important program seeks to engage those in need of physical, emotional, material, or spiritual support through the various projects operated by the Coordinator with support from St Matt's volunteers.

Operations Manager at Lex Medicus I was responsible for facilities management and development, vendor engagement and management, business development and process, promotions & marketing, HR, On-line systems/document management systems, and Quality Assurance.

As Manager of this successful and important youth trauma prevention initiative, I was responsible for the initial establishment, strategy, expansion, fundraising, reporting, research & evaluation, and staff management of the entire program. This work included assisting in the expansion of the program to other states in Australia. The Program continues to successfully operate for young people aged 15-25 across the calendar year at The Alfred Hospital and at outreach sites around Victoria see www.partyalfred.org.au

As part of a small team, I supported the executive to take the vision for the National Trauma Research Institute from concept to working organisation, including all aspects of business, HR, facilities, and fundraising development. Working as part of the Senior Administrative team supporting the Research Executives, I continued to expand and develop the operations of the Institute, including working with basic (Laboratory) scientists, pre-hospital researchers, clinical (hospital-based) researchers, community-based programs and rehabilitation programs. I played a key role in fundraising and liaison between key stakeholders, including Government bodies, corporate sponsors, and private philanthropists, along with those from the community non-profit sector, to ensure financial contingencies for programs within the Institute into the future. My role was pivotal to strategise, manage and run teams running research projects in association with Monash University and The Alfred hospital.

Drug Development - 4 Units to qualify, undertook 6 units including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Trials, Research Methods, Chemistry, Phamacokinetics, Drug Development, Organisational development/change.
