Jens Krog

I have extensive experience as a successful CEO in an international oriented agency and as an active Board member in international software and production companies. I’m passionate about creating business results and building a sustainable organizational culture at the same time – my experience is that it goes hand in hand. I thrive in both well established companies and in dynamic start-ups. I started my Board career 15 years ago and I love to guide and help management teams to succeed with their ambitions. As I have been “on the other side” I know what it takes and with my recent CBS Executive Board education my tool-box is up to date. During my more than 20 years as a CEO at Advance we have been able to stay profitable and triple the company in size. Today we have an amazing portfolio of global companies who we help market their brand, products and services internationally. From a Danish only to an international organisation with colleagues from around the world. I have had the privilege of being a strategic advisor for amazing danish companies like LEGO.
