🚀As a (future) Workday customer, you know the challenges of deploying or running a global HR platform. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱? 🏗️ 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: Implementation partner activities are strictly and exclusively limited to tasks directly related to Workday. For example, data cleansing and conversion, or coordinating third-party contacts for the development of integrations, is the clear responsibility of the customer. 🏋️ 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Due to the lack of internal expertise, customers often have to rely blindly on the statements of implementation partners. ↘️ 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀: The workload for internal project members is clearly too high, as employees have to manage day-to-day business in addition to the project. 💥 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: The planned budget is usually exceeded by a factor of at least x3. After many change requests or a Statement of Work (SoW) that is too restrictive, you quickly find yourself in need of an explanation. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂? 🎗️ We conduct a brief needs analysis to determine which gaps need to be filled and in what order of priority. My many years of Workday project experience help me to avoid problems before they arise. Throughout the project, there is a regular exchange of information so that we can react quickly to changing conditions. After the implementation, I will continue to be there for you - with ongoing support and, if necessary, additional waves.
