Diva belongs to a BBRC group which is estabished in Australia in 1980's. BBRC owns over 10 retail brands across the world. Diva is a fast fashion jewelry company. Its product includes necklace, earring, wrist, ring, hair accessory and etc. Diva has above 500 stores and 150 concession outlets in 20different countries throughout the world.

The company is owned by Hong Kong Stelux Holdings Group which listed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange Center as long ago as 1972. As the first watch retail chain in Hong Kong, CityChain was founded by Stelux Holdings, breaking the traditional way of selling watches, providing more than 50 world-renowned middle-high grade watch brands for consumers to choose and promoting new concepts for consumers. Currently CityChain has more than 300 retail outlets in Asia throughout Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan) region. And 90 of them locate in Chinese Mainland.

The group company mainly operate its own brand--Goodbaby(including bassinet, bed, appliance and dress of children) while act as the general agency of various global big brands for children(including NIKE, AVENT, TOMMEE, NUBY, etc.) in China. The annual sales of Goodbaby’s baby carrier segment which is composed by two large parts—domestic sale and export sale and consists of more than 10 thousand business outlets is as much as 3.5 billion RMB. The annual sale of its children’s dress segment which is mainly domestic sale and consists of around 300 retail stores could also be more than 100 million RMB.

The corporation is owned by Hong Kong Stelux Holdings Group which listed at Hong Kong Stock Exchange Center as long ago as 1972 and owns three big retail brands----CityChain(Watch), Hipofant(Children’s garment), and Optical88(Glasses).The retail stores of this group spread over more than ten countries around the world, including above 500 exclusive shops. My main responsibility in this corporation was the development of Hipofant in Chinese Mainland.
