Jenny Penich珍妮·佩尼奇

Jenny Penich is the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Influencer, where she leads the company's global revenue organization and commercial strategy, aligning the commercial, creative, performance, platform and innovation,  and marketing science capabilities that drive growth across the business. Under her leadership, Influencer is defining the future of creator marketing by connecting culture, community, commerce, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes through creator-led performance. To deliver on that vision, Jenny is spearheading the transformation of Influencer's global commercial organization, uniting regional expertise, data, and innovation to create a more connected client experience and accelerate growth worldwide. Jenny brings more than 20 years of experience leading revenue organizations and commercial strategy across digital media, marketing, and technology. She joined Influencer in 2023 as the company's first SVP of North America and was promoted to President of North America in 2024. In these roles, she built the U.S. business from the ground up, transforming Influencer from a European-led agency into a market leader in North America through record-breaking growth. She was subsequently appointed Chief Marketing Officer, where she led the company's global marketing strategy and brand before assuming her current role. Before joining Influencer, Jenny served as SVP of Commercial for North America at VICE Media, overseeing revenue, operations, and strategic partnerships for the company's digital publishing business. She previously held leadership roles at Refinery29 and Time Inc. Jenny is a member of She Runs It, a network of women shaping the future of marketing, media, and technology, and CHIEF, a leadership network for executive women. She also serves on the auxiliary board of Barrington Youth & Family Services, a nonprofit social service agency.
