* Responsibilities * Responsible for receiving faxes coming from Boston and Toronto thru Right – Fax and saving them thereafter to USI attachment folder of the P Drive. * Responsible for detaching the file and bringing up the electronic attachment application where we can view the file and add index values on company application and system. * Responsible for splitting the file into multiple documents, identifying and attaching documents to appropriate Siebel activity.

* Handling offshore cases, M-Group cases, and cases on John Hancock Financial Network and Brokerage Channel * Responsibilities * Accountable for reviewing all incoming applications and documentation for accuracy. * Handle the set up of cases on multiple sales channels and adhere to their individual procedural nuances. * Ensure the documents are in proper order and complete in all aspects as prescribed by various decision making roles. * Required to work with multiple document management systems and provide back-up support to the document management role. * Ensure integrity of commission payments and privacy of client data. * Quality tracking is of high priority. Attention needs to be paid to ensure quality of data entered into the Siebel system and outstanding requirements are 100% accurate to ensure no delays in case processing * Quickly identify the correct requirements based on policy size and sales channel will ensure a quick and accurate underwriting decision.
