I lead the development and execution of sales strategies across Australia and New Zealand, with a strong focus on expanding and supporting reseller networks. As a General Manager, I also oversee daily operations and team performance, creating a results-driven environment where accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. I lead day-to-day business operations while driving sustainable revenue growth across sales, marketing, and fulfilment. I’m responsible for operational priorities, team performance, and execution, ensuring people, processes, and goals are aligned. My role includes leading weekly performance and metrics reviews, driving sales through direct lead engagement, and generating new opportunities through Meta advertising. I manage website updates for new products and oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, courier coordination, inventory management, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and efficient operations. I work at the intersection of people, process, and performance — building scalable systems, improving operational efficiency, and turning strategy into measurable results.

Assisted clients with restructuring of their debts so they can get into financial freedom.

Assisted with quotations, client enquires, marketing and managing of staff. Making sure jobs get completed to standards that please clients. Making sure that all sites run smoothly and that all materials are on sites. Making sure that projects are done to fit clients budgets. If staff don’t come in, I got my hands dirty by doing what needs to be done.

Listing of new properties, advertising and marketing of existing properties, arrange and host open homes, negotiating between buyers and sellers. Completing sales and negotiation contracts.
