Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. • Handle staff movement administration, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates. • Support manpower coordination and staffing activities in collaboration with HR and business teams. Mobility, Payroll & Compliance • Manage immigration and mobility processes (EP & PVP), ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Handle expatriate tax coordination with extern
