As senior creative designer, I design from concept to production creating Women's Import Fanwear for the NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA and NBA. Skilled in research & development, understanding of trends, conceptualizing and preparing art and tech packs, costing, sourcing and understanding the customer. I help to mentor other creative artists and lead projects such as Bi-Annual R&D Launches. Handle vendor communications and work with other departments to create a cost effective and innovative product. I have traveled overseas for product development and sourcing trips and designed several record breaking styles.
