Jennifer Blair, SPHR has an extensive background in Human Resources and Payroll, which provides her with a unique ability to bring best-in-class advice and solutions to clients in her role as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Having worked on the inside with HR technology, Jennifer works with clients to improve processes by leveraging technology to create efficiencies, enhance productivity, and control costs. Jennifer is a connector and problem solver who delivers innovative solutions as a trusted partner. Jennifer has been a client-focused champion throughout her career, earning top honors multiple times for her ability to attract and retain clients in her region and nationally. Jennifer’s nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as Founding Chair of the Leading Young Professionals organization in Fresno, California, Membership Chair PIHRA Los Angeles, and Membership Chair PIHRA West LA. Jennifer received her B.A. in Latin American and Iberian Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
