* Compile documents from company technicians on work performed at the mine site. * Efficiently and effectively communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. * Create quotes for customers, verify reported hours and parts used, enter into AS400 and bill clients. * Report monthly accruals to controller, issue credits on returns, reconcile monthly statements, research past due invoices, and other accounting duties necessary. * Pull and pack parts for mines, organize shipment via UPS or hot shot services, and rotate on-call shifts.

Code invoices for processing. Verify well locations, serial numbers of engines, prices and tax for each invoice. Assist with daily morning report of downed compressors, report compressor engine repairs and swaps along with other field work. Enter projects on report into SiteView for company wide viewing. Assist staff with data entry, preparation of projects, filing for other office staff, and other duties as needed.

* Auditing paperwork of daily sales for multiple convenience store locations, monitoring gasoline and propane levels, checking invoices of merchandise deliveries at convenience stores, and participating in monthly store audits. * Data entry utilizing Pinnacle software. * Reconciled monthly and yearly Petty Cash and Charges on House Charge Accounts.
