2013-2017 Promoted through the ranks throughout career. Most recent promotion to Projects & Construction Manager where I directed capital project scoping, design, construction, testing, turnover, and closeout within a $10-15M annual capital budget. 2002-2012 Promoted to Licensing & Safety Analysis Manager, where I established the 10 CFR 70, Subpart H, Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) program to identify potential accidents and designate the items relied on for safety (IROFS). I was Program Manager for 2 additional programs - Licensing and Fire Protection - and liaison with regulatory agencies and an industry group. 2000-2002 Started with company as Decommissioning Process Engineer and then was "quickly" promoted to Decommissioning Project Manager where I coordinated all aspects of a soil remediation project. I developed project budgets, manpower estimates, schedules, and scopes of work, and interfaced with internal stakeholders.
