• Responsible for all quoting requests: hardware, software, services, contract renewals and ticket stock. • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors on quotes for custom hardware and ticket stock orders. • Create parts in accounting software and maintaining pricing documentation. • Responsible for creating/maintaining process documentation. • Train new employee(s) and provide final review of quotes. • Monthly sales report generation to assist with forecasting. • Responsible for creating purchase orders for both inventory and customer orders. • Negotiating pricing with vendors. • Track orders and ensure delivery times are communicated effectively to stakeholders.

• Responsible for producing furniture labor and product quotes for Client installs. • Process Client approvals, purchase orders, and order product, if applicable. • Work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate phases of the installation. • Travel to Client sites to oversee project installations. • Provide on-call support after hours during installs.

• Process Sales proposals into orders for the Install team. • Work with Installs Manager to ensure dates are met.

• Assist buyers with information regarding the availability and features of homes in the community. • Assist Sales Manager with the contract and closing process.

• Responsible for overall project management and contract bid generation for various products.

• Responsible for project management of the Professional Services Request process for various products.

• Assist external customers with various reporting needs and troubleshoot patient errors.
