Within this role, the focus was with team compliance, training, safety and workers' compensation management, in addition to the day to day employee relations. Covid-19 became prevalent while I was in this role, and as a team leader with the WC Team, we worked hard to keep all the ever-changing regulations under control and manageable for the team.

**Hyatt acquired Two Roads Hospitality / Destination hotels allowing for a position shift in December 2018. The Complex Human Resource Manager is the head of the HR department at the property, and is part of the leadership committee. Driving culture, fun, and service at two Destination properties - The Gant in Aspen and Destination Residences Snowmass through the People Services arena focusing on team member development, engagement and recruiting (among other things!)

As a one-person office, head of the HR department and the HR representative on the leadership committee, my duties are all-inclusive of the HR spectrum - I have a great time working with the employees to create a nurturing environment where everyone can feel comfortable. Together, we create a culture of organization, unique creativity, and trust. As an operations HR department - I'm ready to go at a moments notice to help service our guests with a smile!

Consistently executed top-priority functions for the General Manager, Resort Manager and Director of Finance. Projects included: creation, production and circulation of confidential personnel and legal documents, calendars, hotel-wide communications, as well as coordinating employee appreciation functions. This position is fast-paced, and requires special attention to detail, in addition to a raised level of confidentiality.

Managed training function for all areas of the hotel, as well as coordinated and executed the employee appreciation functions. The training function required diligent attention to detail, annual compliance maintenance, maintaining standards in state mandated training and facilitation, and comfort in consistent public speaking with employees and executives.

Managed leave-of-absence requests for all employees as well as personnel and benefit records; administered benefits enrollment and health programs; handled all HR Generalist workplace issues; handled all internal requests for employees. Coordinated volunteer events such as; Y-Me Walk For Breast Cancer, March of Dimes, JDRF Walk, and American Cancer Society Midnight March.
