In this role, I was responsible for the recruitment of the HQHR pyramid, all admin positions at HQ and in the field, Property Development and some merchandising high volume recruitment. I managed the client relationships while recruiting in a high volume environment. My goal was to ensure the candidate experience was always at the forefront in every conversation I had.

Responsible for Facilities in 10 Target stores from Burlington to Niagara Falls. With 10 Direct reports who are responsible for day to day maintenance of equipment and overall ensuring store cleanliness, this PDBP role is responsible for ensuring those direct reports are developed in true Target fashion, to reach their full potential as Team Members! This role also works directly with landlords and other vendors and manages those relationships to ensure positive vendor experiences for both Target and our suppliers.

Staffing for Bilingual French positions. Main areas of focus are Adminstration (Marketing, Logistics, Healthcare and Retail Head offices) and Customer Service (Order Desk, Call Centre, Dispatch).

In this role I am the primary recruiter for all HC (HR) positions within PwC. While my recruiting focus is on HC, I am responsible for all areas within Internal Firm Services and ensuring that our internal clients receive exceptional client service throughout the recruitment process. In this functional manager postion, I am also responsible for overseeing the activities within the line of service for IFS. My role involves working with the hiring manager, assigning positions to recruiters across Canada, pre-screening and selecting top talent, conducting and negotiating offers, and presenting an amazing candidate experience to everyone I speak with.
