About

I am a result orientated, task driven individual who excels at leading a team towards project delivery and meeting deadlines. In recent years, I have developed products for the electronics/medical/chemical industries and worked in a customer facing role to facilitate the sale of these novel materials into new markets. Sales have grown 20% pa for the last 3 years. I have experience both as a Production and Development Chemist and as a Production Manager as my current role requires both. I have had success in bringing new products to market, developing production processes and implementing lean manufacturing techniques, resulting in an Innovation Award for the R&D team and a personal award of ‘North East Achiever of the Year – Chemicals 2010’ (NEPIC).
