Process large amounts of payables for five service lines daily on NAV, create purchase orders, match purchase orders with the invoices, Manage company vehicles using Enterprise, order company fuel cards and truck maintenance cards, order office supplies, dispose of vehicles and process AFLV’s as well as AFE’s, assist in answering phones, forwarding invoices via scanner, open and distribute mail, submit accruals and journal entries, amortization, handle vendor calls to ensure payments, set up new vendors, complete credit applications, monthly accruals and journal entries.
