February 2024 - October 2025: • Support full cycle recruitment efforts for various technical intern roles within Software, System Software, SW QA, Autonomous Vehicles, and SRE/Dev Ops.

• Supported full cycle (Source to Hire) recruitment efforts for various technical intern roles (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineers, Systems and Infrastructure Engineers, Data Science, Data Engineers, Software Engineers). • Led recruitment efforts for Systems and Infrastructure hiring and Data Science hiring. • Led recruitment efforts for various custom/one-off intern roles (Hardware Capacity Engineer, Sourcing Engineer, Technical Program Manager).

• Supported full cycle recruitment efforts for various technical intern roles within Data (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineers, Data Science, Applied Research, Data Engineers).

• Acted as a liaison to the college career center and key faculty as well as built external partnerships with student and industry specific organizations. • Managed and developed a university recruiting strategy by collaborating with partners and other key stakeholders to understand the needs of the different practices and offices to deliver recruiting initiatives and programs at universities. • Identify, develop, and execute a diversity plan for assigned schools and focus outreach on increasing hiring of underrepresented populations. • Analyzed candidate feedback and key trends and presented to Recruiting Managers to aide in interview selections and pre-identify candidates for recruiting events.

• Answered the main line or chat session and assisted users with IT issues such as password resets, compromised email accounts, network connectivity, etc. • Created and reviewed work order tickets for service orders for customers. • Promoted to Senior Student Technician in November 2018. Promotion consisted of writing OIT Knowledge Base articles and training new hires. Knowledge Base articles are written as a solution for issues that users encounter. Articles are used by the support center student workers and OIT users.

• Assisted in running the internship program by helping plan all activities and events. Assisted in planning and running the Lunch and Learn events by sending out calendar invites, setting up IT help, and ensuring the room is set-up properly. • Created a Degreed Pathway on How to Recruit, Hire and Retain Women in Technology that was shared to the Human Resources department. • Helped create the University Recruiting schedule for the Fall by researching career fair dates and engineering groups on university campuses.

• Created a Leadership Best Practices manual to give managers and executives employee feedback on management style. • Interviewed women from other companies to gain knowledge on Women Group Best Practices to present to the group at Palo Alto Networks. • Created an Acronym Dictionary for New Hires and Interns by asking other interns to send acronyms heard around the company.

Assistant to the Human Resources Coordinator helping with a variety of tasks including New Hire Onboarding, entering/changing information into SAP, and using Clear Benefits. Took over New Hire Orientation and the Onboarding process for all of the US region for Chandler AZ, Campbell CA and Santa Clara CA.
