Jennifer Stamp

I am a senior business leader with nearly two decades of experience at The Timken Company, currently serving as Director of Strategic Business Transformation. In this role, I partner across the enterprise to strengthen how we operate, sharpening strategic focus, simplifying complexity, and accelerating value creation through accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement. Throughout my career, I’ve been trusted with leading complex, cross functional initiatives that require both strategic rigor and influence without authority. I’m known for connecting strategy to execution, aligning leaders around shared priorities, and helping organizations translate strong foundations into sustainable results. Equally important to me is the culture behind the performance. I believe inclusive, values driven organizations perform better and endure longer. In addition to my business leadership roles, I serve as an executive sponsor of Timken’s Women’s International Network (WIN), supporting connection, development, and opportunity across the enterprise. I’m also deeply committed to my local community. I serve on the Board of Trustees for Stark State College and have long supported my community through volunteering, contributions, and leadership, guided by a belief that strong businesses and strong communities go hand in hand. After nearly 20 years at Timken, my commitment to the company, its people, and its long term success remains strong.
