Main activities: • Recruiting into the Payments industry and complex enterprise software solutions, in EMEA, APAC & Americas. • Building strong partnerships with the Executive Leadership Team to anticipate hiring requirements. • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and achievement of recruitment goals. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. • Develop and implement comprehensive global talent acquisition strategies aligned with Planet objectives. • Ability to manage multiple high-profile requisitions across all continents. • Act as -advisor, guide, and approver on key policy decisions of talent management practices. • Manage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline. • Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities. • Keeping market knowledge about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance recruitment practice. • Looking after global executive hiring (VP and SVP+ level). • Manage applicant tracking in Workday and Pinpoint

Adenza is the coming together of Calypso (leading front-to-back trading platform) and Axiom SL (regulatory reporting platform). Calypso was owned by Bridgepoint and was sold to Thoma Bravo in May 2021 and consequently merged with AxiomSL resulting in a c. 2000 person organisation spanning EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Main activities: • Technology and capital markets roles across a range of markets in LATAM and North America. • Implementing individual hiring strategies across all business areas. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners. • Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future needs. • Find the best talent by networking, headhunting, and attending industry events. • Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the company's employer brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement, and support business objectives. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes. • Manage applicant tracking in Taleo and Pinpoint
