Brand and passion.

Primarily a Wedding Photographer, capturing all of the groom's details and party/family for weddings 6-12 hours long, every weekend, often working two-days consecutively. Created highly effective web and email content that reached 1,500 people with a newsletter developed from scratch. Was manning the posts on social media (Instagram and Facebook) and using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods to keep content moving and continuously viewed. Assisted the Lead Photographer during real-time professional photography shoots, carrying over 50 lbs. of equipment at a time. Worked in time restrained conditions and communicated with large groups and families with children, directing and communicating timelines and posing them in various environments (outdoors and indoors). Cropped, manipulated and performed color balance for final images. Set up lights, backdrops and props for shoots and events.

Provided friendly and knowledgeable customer service regarding cannabis medicinal benefits for patients/customers who have their medicinal marijuana card. Kept track of dispensation amount for each patient, and kept them informed of their limitations and prescription. Able to count money and use a cash register.

Chosen from a group of students for a paid internship to assist in the creation video documentary series called "Making it in America" which was nationally given attention and funded by Facebook. Job included storyboarding, preparing subjects for interview, setting up lights, and using video and photo production equipment and their digital programs.

Provided visual intelligence for a system of Commanding Officers and affiliates. Accompanied joint services to take photos of humanitarian missions and combat related tactical exercises in every single Central American country plus the Caribbean and Haiti. Photographed ceremonies and documented names and places of military officials. Wrote, took video of, produced, edited, and narrated for the American Forces Network, overseas, and provided viewers with English speaking news and entertainment while living abroad as a radio and video broadcast producer. Wrote short news stories for several military publications. Attended the Department of Defense's Media Workshop in 2012, after being selected to enhance my skills in photography and digital design elements. Worked as a full (46R) Military Broadcast Personality and News Journalist. Trained outside of photography and taught to write leads, spots, and bits. Traveled to surrounding C. American countries to document and aid in humanitarian and natural disaster relief systems. Provided video by narrating, conducting independent interviews (some in Spanish), editing, writing, and uploading work to the American Forces Network HQ at DoD Defense Media Activity center in the Maryland/D.C. area. Hosted own three hour daily radio show for the base local station titled "104.7 The Power Lizard". Had to prepare live playlists and do live mic interviews with various celebrities and higher commanding officers. Prepped 24-hrs in advance, creating an outlined script for the entertainment factor of the show, and worked closely with joint services and host national services to create the best broadcast programming available in the surrounding area.

Learned the basis of photographic and video career in the military. Did everything from graphic design to ENG (Electronic News Gathering) to learning how to use Sony video cameras and DSLR's.

Mass Communications and Public Relations covers an all encompassing role in the media, digital media, and journalism spectrum. The Multimedia Journalism Studies Concentration focuses on storytelling through the integration of different delivery platforms, and on management issues in converged newsrooms.

Graduated FSW State College with A.A. in Generals to advance to a university for a BA.
