* Lead designer for more than five LEED projects ranging up to LEED Gold Certification. Crafted responses to RFPs that resulted in the firm being awarded multi-million dollar contracts. Successfully carried projects from design development to client delivery. * · Extensive design and space planning for office, operations, government, corporate, education, and * military facilities * · Develop design concepts * · Prepare documents during schematic and design development phases * · Develop solutions to design problems * · Systems furniture procurement * · Space planning * · Presentation of materials to clients * · Select materials for budget conscience projects * · Prepare Structural Interior Design (SID), Comprehensive Interior Design (CID), and Furniture, * Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) packages

* Lead Designer for multiple space planning projects. Help prepare GSA furniture bids for * Government agencies. Present solutions for clients' furniture and finish needs. Work with * Design Department on daily tasks and projects. Successfully carry projects from design * development to client delivery. * · Estimate costs for budget purposes * · Space planning * · Procurement of furniture * · Select and present interior finish selections for total project completion * · Work with Sales Associates and Project Managers to take projects from beginning stages to final * completion * · Attend site visits to inventory existing furniture * · Initiate relationships with new companies resulting in current contracts
