Mediated conflict that may have arisen between participants and maintained a space that encourages participants to share experiences while being challenged. Research and write-up brief summaries about current events on global Islamic extremism and publish them as part of the Global Islamism Monitor. Assist in on-going research projects, such as how American domestic policy affects how American foreign policy is perceived. Edit chapters for the Global Islamic Extremism Almanac. Conduct own research on Turkey and write op-eds to be published.

Conduct research on the feasibility of utilizing citizen science to combat the Zika virus. Plan and staff high profile events which hosts heads of state, high-up government officials and leaders of transnational institutions. Research potential donors based on income and philanthropic trends

Spent a semester living in Istanbul, Turkey attending a predominately-Turkish University and lived off-campus in a Turkish residential area.
