During my career in Human Resources & Corporate Services, I have advanced steadily upward toward positions of greater responsibility. My most recent corporate position was as Vice President, Human Capital & Corporate Services for VXI Global Solutions, a provider of business process and technology outsourcing services for Fortune 500 companies doing work in the U.S., Philippines, and China. There I supervised a staff of eight direct reports and a total team of ~75 as we integrated HR initiatives with business strategy in support of 3,000 member work force. Concurrently I provided, and still provide, consulting in Human Capital & Corporate Services to North American companies as the founder of my own company, MCHR. Prior to VXI Global Solutions, I spent over two years as Vice President, Global Human Resources at PeopleSupport, which provided business process outsourcing to clients in the U.S., Philippines, and Costa Rica. I supervised five direct reports and a support team of ~150 in support of 9,000 employees. As a member of the Company’s Executive Team, I helped reorganize the company’s global operations team. Earlier I held similar responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Corporate Services, at Creditek, another leader in business processing outsourcing services. Creditek served clients in the U.S., India, Romania, China, Hungary, and Mexico. I supervised five HR professionals and a support staff of eight.
