Running my own business has always been a rewarding challenge. I perform a wide variety of customer relations, business management, and technical functions on a regular basis.

To be a homemaker, it requires a lot of different skills. In our family we have chosen to homeschool. So, along with the typical housekeeping and cooking, I also take care of schooling, homework, and projects. As well as making sure they attend extracurricular activities. I am a counselor to our up and coming teens/tweens frequently. This requires a lot of communication and patience as they are frequently met with abundant and sometimes hard to control hormones.

As the Nursery Director I was responsible for scheduling volunteers, recruiting new team members, placing, and enforcing policies and security measures to keep children and volunteers safe. I used leadership skills to ensure volunteer adherence to policies in order to streamline operations. I accomplished this by investing in volunteers weekly, filling in for empty spots, also, interacting and teaching frequently with children between the ages of birth up to 2 years.
