* On location training of contracted disability examiners across the United States on the VBA’s requirements, including the physical assessment of ROM with goniometer and completion of reports on Citrix-KMEP. * Host training webinars for intended audience of contracted VA disability examiners on using Citrix for review of medical records. * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates. * Quality assurance to ensure clear, consistent and complete reports.

Accountable for the timeliness and quality of medical services and reports, team support functions, provider and provider's office support functions, monitor exam process, participate in billing and payment processes, interface with clients, claimants and providers, and scheduling appointments.

Verify patient’s eligibility, prepare charts for nurses, answer telephone calls, collecting copayments, billing insurance, sending insurance claims, posting paid insurance claims, billing patients, filing, scheduling appointments, calling to remind patients of missed appointments, put in authorization requests, following up on submitted authorizations, in charge of medical records, routine audits of the office, scheduling chart and location audits, preparing charts for HEDIS audits, externship arrangements, interview applicants, managing externs, depositing checks to business accounts, ordering supplies, preparing the charts for the doctor, and distributing responsibilities among other staff members.

Daily sales calls, processing all sales orders, preparing packing slips, assigning delivery routes, faxing/mailing invoices, telephone service, hiring temporary workers, and producing a daily inventory control report.

Following deposit, withdrawal, check cashing, and payment procedures. Balancing personal cash drawer, fraud prevention and reports, maintaining teller cash dispensers, and customer service.

Opening the store ensuring everything was in place, sales, customer service, display upkeep, balancing the register, and securing the store for closing.

Daily collections calls, processing invoices for accounting, freight planning (cost and time), and order fulfillment.

Processing loan files and transferring data from the older accounts into the new database.
