As the Executive Pastry Chef and co-founder of Lucky’s Bakehouse and Lucky’s Bakehouse Café in Boulder, I’ve spent years developing products that celebrate real ingredients. My background spans recipe development, brand creation, and product strategy, blending classical pastry training with a deep understanding of what resonates with today’s consumer. Before founding Lucky’s Bakehouse, I created and launched Ice Box, a clean-label cookie dough brand sold nationally in natural food stores — an experience that deepened my passion for developing chef-driven products that balance integrity and accessibility.At the heart of my work is a love for flavor, design, and storytelling — the idea that food can be both artful and approachable.
